CASE-1

LEFT SIDE D COMMANDO SURGERY WITH RECONSTRUCTION BY BILOBED PECTORALIS MAJOR MYOCUTANEOUS FLAP FOR LOCALLY ADVANCED LEFT SIDED CARCINOMA BUCCAL MUCOSA

A 62 years old male patient jitubhaipatel had history of tobacco chewing and had nonhealing ulcer in left sided buccal mucosa since last 4-5 months. Outside biopsy was suggestive of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma and PET CT suggested locally advanced carcinoma. Pt underwent left sided composite resection(left sided modified neck dissection with enblock main specimen including hemimandibulectomy and external cheek skin). Defect was reconstructed using bilobedpectoralis major myocutaneous flap.

PATEINT HAD AN EXCELLENT POSTOPERATIVE RECOVRY AND WAS DISCHARGED ON TH 5TH POSTOPERATIVE DAY.


CASE-2

RIGHT SIDED CARCINOMA BUCCAL MUCOSA CANCER SURGERY - RECONSTRUCTION BY FREE RADIAL ARTERY FOREARM MICROVASCULAR FLAP

A 59 years old male patient Rameshbhai Patni had history of tobacco chewing and had nonhealing ulcer in right sided buccal mucosa since last 4 years. Outside biopsy was suggestive of moderately differentiated squamous cell carcinoma and CT scan suggested localized carcinoma. Pt underwent right sided bite excision of buccal mucosa with L-shaped marginal mandibulectomy, upperalveolectomy+ right sided selective neck dissection resection+ reconstruction by free radial artery forearm microvascular flap.

PATEINT HAD AN EXCELLENT POSTOPERATIVE RECOVRY AND COSMETIC AND FUNCTIONAL OUTCOME.AND WAS DISCHARGED ON TH 6TH POSTOPERATIVE DAY.


CASE-3

RIGHT SIDED COMMANDO SURGERY FOR LOCALLY ADVANCED RIGHT SIDED CARCINOMA RMT REGION WITH RECONSTRUCTION BY PECTORALIS MAJOR MYOCUTANEOUS FLAP

A 54 years old male patient Kantibhai Valand had history of tobacco chewing and had nonhealing ulcer in right sided RMT region since last 4-5 months. Outside biopsy was suggestive of keratinizing squamous cell carcinoma and CT scan suggested locally advanced carcinoma. Pt underwent right sided composite resection. Defect was reconstructed using pectoralis major myocutaneous flap.

PATEINT HAD AN EXCELLENT POSTOPERATIVE RECOVRY AND WAS DISCHARGED ON TH 5TH POSTOPERATIVE DAY.
